The New England Lean Podcast: 11: Bob Rush

This week our guest is the one and only Bob Rush!

Bob’s a good friend, and someone whom I consider a benchmark for myself and other Lean practitioners. I wish there were more folks like him in this world. His blog series; “Lean Observations from and Old Guy” are a must-read for anyone interested in Lean, CI, or OpEx. Told from the perspective that only someone with experience can have; they’re pure lean gold.

In this episode, Bob and I chat about culture changes, the importance of mentoring and really break down what Respect for People is all about. Bob’s an amazing person, inside and out and I’m so glad I got to have him on the show. To me, Bob epitomizes what a Sensei is, and although he’d never call himself that; I sure would.
