Doing the live broadcast is always a bit of a high-wire act. One advantage is the ability to take live questions from an audience, so I think it’s fun to mix it up by doing a live stream every once in a while. The stream, of course, gets turned into a recorded episode, in both video and audio formats.
To celebrate the one-year anniversary (first birthday?) of her book Learning to Lead, Leading to Learn, I’m going to host Katie Anderson for a live streaming podcast. I’ll ask Katie to share some lessons learned from the year that’s passed since the book’s release. We’ll talk about the new audiobook version that she has published, and we’ll take a deeper dive into some Lean topics in addition to your questions.
